FCCI has more than 800 employees or “teammates” in 20 states, plus Washington, D.C., working in a wide range of disciplines. “We put people first,” said Ann Driscoll, FCCI’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources. “Our success has been built on a culture and belief that our teammates are FCCI’s greatest asset.”Click here to watch our video.
“We believe our focus on creating opportunities for young professionals is a part of our 2025 strategic plan,” says FCCI's Lisa Krouse, Board Member.
FCCI employees, for instance, including Robby Hukill, Commercial Lines Underwriter, regularly talk to high school and college students about careers in the insurance industry during campus visits and career fairs. “I think insurance is a mislabeled career, and I think there’s kind of that stereotype that it’s boring or for old people,” Hukill says. “They don’t understand what it encompasses. Being younger myself, I feel like I can relate and touch on the topics they’re curious about.”
Doing the right thing and putting people first is the foundation for how we do business. We treat our customers and teammates fairly, and that cultivates a positive, inclusive and collaborative environment.
We’re committed to the communities we serve and to giving back on a regular basis. And we’re not afraid to have a little fun while we’re doing it! When we participate in local food drives, fundraisers and Habitat for Humanities builds, there might be a costume contest or some friendly competition involved. Want to join us?
We hire teammates who share the FCCI values, live their beliefs, and have fun doing it.
FCCI depends on its team of underwriters, risk control consultants, claim representatives and support staff to deliver on our promises.
