If you have a claim, our goal is to make things right – fairly, efficiently and promptly. The sooner you file a claim, the sooner our claim team can work to resolve it.

You can file a claim 24 hours a day, seven days a week, please 1) Call 800-226-3224, select option one, 2) Email NewClaim@fcci-group.com, or 3) Log in to ExpressServe to begin the process.

What to expect after filing a claim

You can expect FCCI's personal touch in settling your claim fairly, promptly and efficiently. After your claim is submitted, it will be set up in our system and you'll receive a call from one of our claims adjusters within 24 business hours. Need help? Call us at 800.226.3224.
