When a cracked sprinkler line caused water damage, Kristina Kozar, FCCI’s senior claim adjuster, immediately took action.
It is my job to protect the relationship and keep the policyholder’s interests at the forefront. Open Communication Lines

On May 6, 2020 in Altamonte Springs, Florida, our policyholder inadvertently cracked a sprinkler line while working on a project, causing water damage to a third party property. The claim was assigned to Kristina Kozar, FCCI’s senior claim adjuster. Kristina immediately contacted the claimant, investigated the matter, determined our insured’s liability and resolved the claim within 45 days.

Throughout this 45 day time period, Kristina stayed in constant contact with all parties. Her expertise, passion and specialization in general liability property damage ensured she provided a standout experience. Kristina proactively kept all parties informed and continuously provided updates, information, and responded to questions. The claimant said, "I can always reach you; communication lines are 100% open."
