We only partner with select agencies, allowing FCCI to maximize our franchise value and focus our attention on broadening and deepening our existing relationships. FCCI began working with independent agents in 1975. The partnership allows business owners to work with an insurance agent they trust to know their businesses. The carefully selected agents appointed by FCCI also know our products and services and when to recommend FCCI as the best carrier for their clients.
Our agents work as a team with our underwriters, risk control consultants, claims adjusters and customer service teammates to help policyholders make the best coverage choices, improve safety for their workers and customers, and settle claims so everyone can get back to business.

FCCI operates through its Gulf Coast, Midwest, Southwest, Mid-Atlantic and Florida-Georgia regional offices. We continue to expand and diversify our operations while delivering specialized market expertise and a local presence.
FCCI provides commercial property and casualty insurance in 20 states, plus Washington D.C. FCCI is licensed to write commercial and contract surety bonds in all states except AK, CA, HI, MN*, NY and WA* (*pending).
