Producer Michael Philhower of Scott Insurance and his client, United Air Temp, have been working together for over 20 years. With the goal of becoming the leader in the HVAC industry in the southeastern USA, United Air Temp has been able to focus on their business knowing Michael effectively takes care of their insurance needs. When the opportunity arose, FCCI was pleased to meet with United Air Temp to share how they could best meet their business goals as their insurance carrier.
Prior to coming on-board with FCCI, Todd Kurz, senior business development specialist, suggested a TeamWorks meeting, delivered virtually during COVID season, to introduce United Air Temp to the FCCI experience. When choosing a carrier, claim services, risk control and customer experience are of upmost importance to the agency and insured. In a virtual setting, the FCCI team successfully reassured United Air Temp our capability to deliver in all of these areas and deepened their confidence in our brand.
