FCCI believes YOU are valuable. We embrace a community that is diverse in culture, abilities, expertise, orientation and experience. FCCI’s passionate commitment to respect and inclusion is integral to our promise to serve others, and strengthens our culture as we build relationships. At FCCI, we empower others to reach their full potential as we recognize that people are our greatest strength. This includes promoting an awareness that celebrates who people are in every interaction.

The Meaning of Respect & inclusion at FCCI

Building a culture of empathy, acceptance and understanding

At FCCI, we focus particular attention on the journey we take together every day. It's a continual state of being. It involved actions, behaviors, practices and a sincere commitment to building a work environment that is welcoming and encouraging for all team members. It's a special feeling of belonging. Our Board of Directors and leadership team are dedicated to fostering and maintaining a culture where everyone is treated with respect and where diversity is sought, accepted and valued year-round.

FCCI celebrates Women’s History Month in March

From pioneering advancements in various fields to advocating for equality, women have played a pivotal role in shaping our world.

This observance provides a dedicated time to recognize and celebrate the women throughout history as well as those in the present. It also inspires future generations by showcasing the accomplishments and resilience of women who have overcome barriers while making significant strides.

Our people make the difference

At FCCI, we’re committed to hiring the best people. We don't just have employees — we have teammates who work together to deliver our company promises. We look for people who work a little harder and care a little more, and we reward that commitment with outstanding benefits, compensation, recognition and development opportunities.

FCCI careers and internships are about more than just administering insurance policies. Our teammates help businesses thrive, manage risks and face the future with confidence. They embrace FCCI's core values of loyalty, integrity, vision, excellence and service, and they uphold FCCI's legacy of building relationships, serving others and giving back to the community.

If this sounds like you, a career at FCCI might be the right fit for you.
