Do I need an insurance background to work at FCCI?
No. Like any other fully functioning corporation, FCCI has
departments and positions within those departments that do not
require an industry background. Our job descriptions on the Open
Positions portion of our website will specify whether or not
insurance experience is required.
How do I apply for a position with FCCI?
First, prospective employees should go to the Open Positions
portion of our website. From there, you can view all of our
current job openings. Once you select a position, click the
Apply Online button. Doing this will take you to the eRecruitment system, where you will be asked to create a profile
and apply and submit your resume online. You will receive an
e-mail verification once we receive your information.
I have successfully sent my resume to FCCI. What happens
next?
Should your resume indicate that you meet the qualifications for
the position you applied for, and the position has not already
been filled, you will receive a telephone call from the FCCI
Human Resources Department. During this telephone screening, an
HR recruiting representative will determine whether or not
additional interviews should be scheduled. You can also check
the status of your application by logging into your
profile through the Open Positions portion of our website.
How long will my resume remain in the FCCI database?
All resumes from prospective employees will remain in our
database for a minimum of 90 days. After 90 days, you may choose
to reapply for the position.
Is FCCI a drug-free workplace?
Yes. FCCI has always had and continues to maintain a strong
commitment to our employees to provide a safe workplace and to
promote high standards of employee health. Top candidates for
