The Key Contributor Award is a budgeted percentage of payroll
for discretionary distribution to employees who make
extraordinary contributions to the organization. While many
employees may be doing their jobs very well, the Key Contributor
Award is presented to those employees who have gone
significantly above and beyond their assigned job duties.
Our Milestone Award Program recognizes FCCI employees at various
landmarks in their careers, beginning at three years of service.
This is a special time to say thank you to our valued employees
as we continue our successful partnership into the future.
The Performance Recognition Award is a discretionary award
presented to an employee for achieving or exceeding required
performance expectations in their day-to-day job duties.
This is a spontaneous award that is given on the spot, whenever
an FCCI employee demonstrates service that goes above and beyond
their job requirements.
FCCI strives to go one step beyond in all of our business
dealings. Employees who exemplify exceptional customer service
skills may be nominated by peers, managers, supervisors, or
customers for a Service Excellence Award.
