Performance reviews are conducted each year and are based upon
goals that are agreed to between employees and their

At FCCI, we have several compensation incentives to reward our
team members. These include: a Performance Pool – a pool
available to recognize and reward employee performance; a Key
Contributor Bonus – a lump sum, performance-based bonus for work
that is critical to the organization and significantly above and
beyond normal job duties; a Performance Recognition Award – a
lump sum, performance-based bonus for achieving or exceeding
expectations in day-to-day job duties; and a Profit Through
Performance Program – a goal-sharing compensation plan based on FCCI’s financial results.
