Group Health Insurance
FCCI provides comprehensive group health insurance (medical, dental and vision) to eligible employees and their dependents for a reasonable fee.

Life Insurance
Group term life insurance and accidental death and dismemberment insurance are provided to all eligible employees at no cost. The coverage amount is equal to two times the employee’s base salary up to a maximum of $700,000.

Disability Insurance
Both short and long term disability insurance are provided at no cost to eligible employees.

Paid Time Off
Employees accrue personal time at the rate of six, seven, or nine hours per pay period, depending on length of employment. In addition, FCCI observes 11 paid holidays per year.

401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan
FCCI employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) plan immediately following hire. Employees receive a company match of 50% up to 4% of eligible compensation. In addition, based on the company’s financial results each year, a discretionary profit-sharing contribution may be made to the employee’s account.

Employee Assistance Program
All employees and their immediate families are eligible to use services available through FCCI’s Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Up to three free sessions with an approved EAP therapist are available.
