FCCI's purpose is to provide commercial property and casualty
insurance products to fulfill the needs of our agents and their
customers in the markets we serve today and those we will enter
in the future. We will expand in an orderly fashion and on a
profitable basis to increase our capability for fulfilling our
agents' needs and provide a quality market for the products we
sell.
We will earn the confidence of our agents and policyholders
through excellence in customer service. All of our efforts will
be guided by our continuing commitment to the highest ethical
