To encourage professional growth, FCCI assists employees
financially so they may take approved, outside courses. Graduate
school, college, and vocational education courses that are directly related to the employee’s job are
eligible for reimbursement. The determination of the relevancy
of such courses rests with the employee’s department management
and the Human Resources Department.

(IIA) training and testing for the convenience of employees
wishing to further their insurance knowledge and credentials.
Bonuses may be awarded for completion of programs leading to

Toastmasters is an international speech organization with an
in-house chapter at FCCI’s corporate headquarters in Sarasota,
FL. Any employee may join to gain the ability to communicate and
lead effectively. Toastmasters helps employees exceed in many areas of their
